Your account and security · for everyone who signs in
Sign out your other devices
Lost a phone, or left KeepCount signed in on a tablet or a shared computer? Sign out every other device from My account, then sign in again where you need to.
Watch out: If someone else may know your password, change it as well. Signing out other devices does not change it.
Owners, administrators, supervisors, office staff and families
- Open My account and find the card called "Other devices".
- Choose "Sign out other devices", then confirm.
KeepCount asks "Sign out your other devices?" and explains that every phone, tablet and computer signed in as you is signed out within the hour, and that this one stays signed in. Records a device kept offline wait there until you sign in on it again. When it is done the page says "Your other devices are signed out".
After you change your password
This is also the way for room staff and home providers, whose page has no "Other devices" card. When a password change is saved, the page says "Password changed" and offers "Sign out your other devices" right there. Use it if someone else may have known the old password.
Sign-ins also end by themselves
A sign-in ends by itself after 7 days without use, and 30 days after you signed in.
Signing in again
On a device that was signed out, sign in as you normally do. A family member, who has no password, uses a passkey or asks the centre or agency for a new code. If a sign-in does not work, I cannot sign in lists each message and what to do.
