"Add a login" offers supervisor (one or more sites, their rooms, children, records and readiness) and office staff (people and screening documents at their sites, no children's health information). An owner's or administrator's access is changed only by an owner, and the owner chooses who handles billing and who receives KeepCount's update emails. Room staff and volunteers are added from Staff.
