Step 21 of 21 · Year end

Year-end receipts

Reports, "Year-end receipts": each payer's receipt for the year, with the fees paid for each child, your name, address and business number.

Watch out: Check the receipts before you give them out: your organization issues them. KeepCount keeps no social insurance number.

Year-end receipts: each payer with the fees paid for each child this year; Print all and Print on each row.

More about this

"Print all n receipts" prints every payer's receipt; "Print" on a row prints one. A receipt changed since it was printed says so: print an amended one. Money paid back comes off the payments of the parent it went to. A paying family member prints their own from Billing on their family page.

A receipt for one payment, on request: "Print a receipt" on the payment.

Your centre's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.141, captured October 27, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 23, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
