Why this matters
Open "Why this matters" under a requirement: what the section asks, what satisfies it here, who is reminded, and what the inspector asks.

More about this
Each requirement names its section and quotes it, then says what satisfies it in KeepCount (the record, the date, the person), who is reminded before it lapses, what the binder shows for it, and what a program adviser asks to see. "Read the section" opens e-Laws at the section. The text is checked against the consolidation on e-Laws, with the date, so a changed regulation is caught: the library's rows change by a migration, never by hand.
Your centre's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.162, captured October 29, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
