The evacuation list

The evacuation list: every child signed in now, their allergy and emergency contact, and a tick for each at the place of shelter. Print it for the drill.

Watch out: Print it for the drill: the list keeps working without a connection from what it last read. Ask your home visitor where the emergency numbers are posted.

More about this

Your own children under four who count toward the home's limits are on it too, under "Also in the home" (not on a day you mark them away), so its total is the count on Today. The list is the register of the moment and refreshes every minute; it keeps working without a connection from what it last read. Your home's written evacuation procedure (s. 68(3)) is the agency's plan for leaving the home in a fire; the list is what you take with you. The emergency numbers for your home are the agency's; ask your home visitor where they are posted.

Your agency's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.144, captured October 27, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
