More about this

What the office asks of you, with due dates: policies to read and confirm, quizzes, training. The list gets shorter as you go; the office sees the same list.

"Your home today" opens Today with the count and the last head count. "Your screening documents" appears when a document is expired, expiring, unverified or missing: add or renew documents under My details; the office checks each one before it counts. "Follow-ups given to you" lists what the agency asked of you after an incident, with "Mark done".

Your agency's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.144, captured October 27, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
