Step 18 of 24 · Your first week
Training
Training lists what the agency assigned to you, each with what to do and a due date.
Watch out: Your first aid is separate: standard first aid with infant and child CPR (s. 58(2)); its expiry is under My details, with a reminder before it lapses.

More about this
Training items the office assigned, with what to do and how to mark them complete. Completion shows on your record when everything required is done.
Your first aid is separate: every provider of home child care holds a valid standard first aid certificate including infant and child CPR from a training agency recognized by the WSIB (O. Reg. 137/15, s. 58(2)); its expiry is under My details, and KeepCount reminds you before it lapses.
Your agency's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.144, captured October 27, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
