Step 17 of 26 · Your first week
Read to the end, then confirm
Read to the end, then press "I have read it: confirm" under "I have read and understood this policy and will follow it."
Watch out: The button stays off until you have scrolled to the end. Anything you do not understand, ask your supervisor before you confirm: the confirmation says you will follow it.

More about this
A policy page has the summary, the key points, the full policy, and at the end the confirmation. When you press it, KeepCount records the version and the date: "You confirmed version 1 on October 18, 2026." The office sees the same. Some policies have a short video; "Watch the video" is a step before the quiz.
Your centre's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.144, captured October 27, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
