Step 23 of 26 · Your first week
The To do bell
The "To do" bell at the top shows what is late, due and coming up, for you and your rooms, updated every two minutes.

More about this
Pills say "Late", "Due", "Soon" and "To check". The items come from your own records: a policy to confirm with its due date, a quiz to pass, training to complete, a document that is missing, expired or waiting to be verified, a follow-up from an incident, and your room's checks and sleep checks. "Nothing to do right now." means exactly that.
Your centre's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.144, captured October 27, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
