An item is a video to watch, a document to open, or questions to answer ("Watch", "Open", "Mark complete", "Answer the questions"). "Required" items count toward completion on your record and show "Due" with the date.
Every employee who may be counted in the ratio must hold a valid standard first aid certificate including infant and child CPR from a training agency recognized by the WSIB (O. Reg. 137/15, s. 58(2)).
