More about this

"Who's visiting today?" chooses the Ministry, public health or the fire department. "By Manual part" follows the Licensing Manual; "Since the last visit" lists what changed; "During the visit", where the page opens, has Find a file (a child's file or a person's record by name), what to do when the adviser asks for something KeepCount does not keep, and the questions program advisers ask with where the answer is ("Find a question" above them takes words or a section, such as 68). "Walk the postings" is the postings walk; "Log this visit" records the visit and its findings.

Your centre's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.162, captured October 29, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
