What the administrators keep
A page that is the administrators' says so: policies, training content, settings and billing are managed by the organization's administrators.

The card reads: "Organization administrators only. Your access is limited to your site. Administrators manage policies, training content, settings and billing." Ask them for a policy change, a new training item, a setting (the checks each site records, the head count interval, the reminders), a login for another supervisor or office staff, or anything on the plan.
Your centre's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same.
