When something goes wrong

What to do when sign-in, a code or a record does not work the way you expect.

  1. I cannot sign inFind the message the sign-in page shows in the list below and do what it says: a wrong password, an old link, a code, or a family member's new code.
  2. I forgot to clock in or outForgot to clock out, or never clocked in? Staff can send the time they left with the next clock-in, and a supervisor corrects or adds the time with a reason.
