Step 5 of 9 · Your invoices and payments
Your receipt for the year
Year-end receipts: choose the year, then "Print the receipt": the child care fees you paid for each child, with the centre's name, address and business number.
Watch out: The centre issues the receipt; check it against your own records. KeepCount keeps no social insurance number.

More about this
The receipt counts what you paid in that year for each child's care and registration. Money the centre paid back to you comes off; a deposit goes back to whoever paid it. Each payer prints their own receipt.
Your child's centre or agency may use other words for people and its own policies; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.171, captured October 30, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 23, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
