Step 21 of 22 · Your first week
Inspection day
Inspection day for an agency: the records by Manual part, since the last visit, the inspections by quarter, the questions an adviser asks, and in a home.

More about this
"By Manual part" follows the Manual; "Since the last visit" lists what changed; "Inspections by quarter" is the visits grid; "During the visit", where the page opens, has Find a file (a person, a home or a child by name) and the questions program advisers ask with where the answer is ("Find a question" above them takes words or a section, such as 68); "In a home" is what to have ready when the adviser visits a home with you. "Log this visit" records the visit and its findings, so the next starts from them.
Your agency's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.162, captured October 29, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
