Step 17 of 22 · Your first week
Home visitors
Home visitors: each visitor with the director's approval on file, their homes, this quarter's visits and the last visit.

More about this
A home child care visitor is a person described in s. 56 (a member in good standing of the College of Early Childhood Educators with at least two years of experience working with children under 13 and a director's approval, or a person who in the director's opinion is capable of providing support and supervision at a home child care premises); "Record the approval" keeps the letter with its date. Your row counts your homes, how many have children, how many are still to inspect this quarter and your last visit.
Your agency's words for people and its policies may differ; the screens are the same. The screen is from KeepCount 0.99.162, captured October 29, 2026 in a demonstration organization: everyone in it is fictional. Section numbers are O. Reg. 137/15 (General) under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014, read on e-Laws on October 20, 2026. This explains how KeepCount works; it is not legal advice, and the Ministry's program advisors decide compliance.
