During arrival and departure and the rest period the ratio may drop to two-thirds, which the Licensing Manual reads as 1:8 for this group: 2 employees (s. 8(4)). Never for infant groups, never outdoors.
Adults in attendance (s. 8(6)): at least two adults, separately from the ratio.
